Plan Review & Compliance
Reviewers check submissions against building codes manually. Junior reviewers miss what senior reviewers catch. When building codes update, retraining takes months and something always slips through.
AI-Assisted Compliance Review
The Compliance Engine reads your building codes and flags potential issues before a reviewer opens the file. Each flag cites the specific code section and includes a confidence score. Risk Assessment scores applications so reviewers know where to focus. The reviewer still makes every call.
Inspections
Inspectors drive to sites without full context. Results get written on paper and entered later. Failed inspections create manual follow-up chains. Nobody plans the daily stops, so inspectors zigzag across town.
Digital Inspections + Smart Dispatch
Schedule inspections, enforce prerequisites, capture results with checklists and photos on-site (even offline). Inspection Dispatch uses GIS data to sequence daily stops so inspectors spend less time driving and more time on site. Failed inspections automatically generate reinspection tasks. No paper. No re-keying.
Reporting & Accountability
